Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Re: Unedited Waiting for Cousteau

ending with a short radio-like voicebit. Hmm, are they similar to the (very Zoolook-sounding ones) at around 29m47s (or 32m13s), or the "burpy" ones mainly in the last 15 minutes or so of the track? I wonder if anyone has ever tried to match those unedited WFC uploads to the videos from J...

Props for going with part 2 instead of the more obvious one ;)

Re: [Fake] Tell Me the Truth!

Yeah, couple of us have sent emails to that address and even tried contacting him/AeroProd on Facebook. No results. You can sort of "understand" why JMJ wouldn't do anything about his own tracks that Jensen has ripped off ("The Voyage" being from a crappy "studio version&quo...

Re: Fête de la Musique 2021

No surprise that the bootleg book is already out (and also sold out at the moment) ;) (Does make me wonder if JMJ is aware of this guy and how he's quite successful at selling his books...) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Jean-Michel-Jarre-Fete-De-La-Musique-2021-book-cd-NEW-/174837046441?hash=item28b519...

Re: [Fake] Tell Me the Truth!

Cheers - considering that Jensen stealing JMJ covers and remixes might be a bit more complicated from a copyright point of view, his theft of other people's original tracks (namely by Mercurey and Pandemonium Music) would give them a far better advantage to flag his releases for some concrete action...

Re: [Fake] Tell Me the Truth!

Also, does anyone know what happened to Mercurey? The track "Maybe" was ripped off from one of their tracks, which used to be reposted on SoundCloud at https://soundcloud.com/user7564131/m-ercurey-oxygene-for-all-zuuluuk-320kbps-remaster Especially telling is that that repost has now been ...

Re: [Fake] Tell Me the Truth!

Yeah, no mention about "Rendez-Vous in Store Heddinge" on JMJ's site either ;) Spotify's help/report sections are a mess: The only real change in Jensen's albums has actually been the removal of his lift of my Teo & Tea remix (it's not present in the current Spotify/Apple Music release...

Re: [Fake] Tell Me the Truth!

Thanks for the heads-up, TheDane. Makes sense that he's bragging about being "the sole artist" of his "work", when Spotify/Apple et al haven't done anything proper to remove his albums... To make matters worse, on Spotify's JMJ page (Finnish Spotify, at least) there's a claim tha...

Re: Welcome To The Other Side - Jean-Michel Jarre New Year Eve’s concert at Notre-Dame in VR

Wrong title in the e-mail doesn't bode well for the release... I'm going to wait until there's confirmation whether or not it has the godawful audience noise sound loops :P

Re: Revolution track the inspiration for first Trance track of the genre

I always liked the middle arpeggio bit in Tangerine Dream's Rubycon pt. 1 since it reminded me of Revolutions ;)

Re: Monaco Royal Wedding Concert – 01/07/2011

Sadly, both the Monaco 2011 loops and the even worse audience loops from the Docklands album release (count the airhorn) were far better than the WTTOS ones :(

Re: Monaco Royal Wedding Concert – 01/07/2011

Oh snap! I still think this is a brilliant concert, and these days I even like how the wrong notes in Rendez-Vous 3 make it sound like a "fresh new version" or something - but admittedly I do remember cringing a bit when hearing that during the livestream ;) (Still a bloody great intro wit...

Oh yes. I'd also add 12DOTS to that list, even though it's already quite different from the other ones. And man, that Equinoxe 7 @ CPLT plain and simply rocks. 8)
