The rest of the track is the strongest piece JMJ has ever created in centuries.
It's amazing what a few long minor chords can do to a person emotionally.

You know, I like Oxygene 20, but to be honest, I don't find it *that* amazing, as some folks are talking here. It's okay. It has a nice chord ...

Jean-Michel and Mike could be an awesome collaboration! Mike covers a very wide spectrum and could easily be "non-acoustic" enough for Jean-Michel.

Or maybe Jean-Michel could spread his wings in Mike's direction, and they could call it "Acoustica, Vol 1" :hypocrit:

Please enlighten me with an example of an artist, that do just that. I'd like to hear sounds I've never heard before, performed in a way I've never heard before. Is this/these artist/s from another planet?
No problem. Only at a better time when one is naturally curious, and not ...

Upsetting to see the Trilogy artwork seems to have ended up stretched/sqaushed from a CD-digipack shaped rectangle into a square, on pretty much all online platforms from Amazon to iTunes to Spotify. Old globe skull guy is made to look quite egg-shaped, which doesn't suit him at all.

That ...

Yeah, I saw that! It somewhat gives me hope. Pretty good interview too.

DISCLAIMER: Personal opinion follows here. Your personal opinion may vary substantially, and that's fine.

I have now had a chance to hear the album all the way through, twice. Undoubtedly I will hear it again, but my response is fairly firmed up at this point. Broadly speaking, I feel borne out on ...

I have heard all portions currently kicking around. I have not yet heard the entire thing end to end, so my comments are of course provisional on that.

I like Oxygene 3. I think it is pleasant listening and quite in the spirit of the first and original oxygene. Much more so than Oxygene 7-13 ever ...

Actually I had forgotten about those, lol. Although, isn't that swinging magnifying glass stuff Chronologie era footage?

Is this video genuinely a "video" video, or is it concert footage only? Either way, it doesn't seem to be visible in the U.S.

When was the last time Jean Michel actually released a video for a solo track of his own? I'm guessing T&T, but he didn't feature in that himself. Zoolook?

It definitely has much more of the feel of the original Oxygene, than 7-13 had. There doesn't seem to be a main theme track though, and that I will definitely miss.

The parts I have heard, I like. Part 17 probably being the favorite, followed by 15 and 14 (what I've heard of it) then 19.

I like the parts I have heard, they are really nice, but Oxygene 10 followed the cue of Oxygene 4, the "first track, second side" phenomenon of all his albums up to Rendezvous at least.

Hi there. Used to be a member here long ago. Unfortunately I can't even remember what that username was!

Excited about Oxygene 3!
However, Elf...or anyone else who may have heard the whole thing. I don't see any evidence from the excerpts or clips currently circulating that there is a high melodic ...
