Re: Oxymoreworks LP/CD on 03-11-2023

At this point I have most already purchased digitally, but might pick it up if I ever find it for a cheaper price. Surprised there's only so few remixes, there's enough other tracks left on the main album that could also get something different... Yeah, a real shame there aren't more tracks on here...

Re: 1997 Oxygene 7-13 tour programme

The “Complete Oxygene” double-CD set used the same design language and typography. I do like that font (I hadn't made the psychedelic connection before!) and it was used in the box-set inlay cards. It works nicely as a title font but it’s really difficult to read when used for the main copy

... or perhaps it's a simple as the person that runs JMJ's social media accounts has just decided to be a bit nostalgic right now! :D

Re: About that EiC Countdown on JMJ Social Media

I'm now wondering if there will be a book release, a retrospctive of concerts and albums. In the form of a follow-up or 'part 2' to the Jean-Louis Remilleux book from 1988. So much has happened since then, a next installment is long overdue. The Jean-Louis Remilleux book did finish on a cryptic 'mor...

Re: The Youtube / Google Video Thread

I see the Tokyo concert still gets a mention. Really strange how that got stuck in the historical record and never got fully corrected. Wasn't it the 'twin concert' for Destination Docklands but for some reason - what? - didn't happen? Hence Tokyo Kid and London Kid on the same album.

Re: About that EiC Countdown on JMJ Social Media

The countdown was kind of pointing to Sunday. Nothing happened there. We got that Renault thing yesterday. I find it hard to believe they were connected, but it's not entirely impossible that it was a sloppy social media job. :D :D :D That's so true! Yeah, I also don't think there will be a Chronol...

Re: Prog Interview with JMJ

"Speaking about the Snowden cut, Jarre, a ridiculously young-looking 67, told Prog: “It strangely reminded me of my mum, who was a great figure in the French Resistance"

Although the Prog website says 'published 11 days ago' the interview is from 2016.

Re: Concert For Tolerance

On the other hand, I just recently finished extracting the audio to make a digital album of the concert (by bringing a slight touch of optimization).

Would you be able to make that audio file available for fans? Or just for your own listening?

I was there! I'm somewhere in that crowd picture (bottom right, the Chrono 4 finale with the UK flag projections) if you look closely!
