Similarly, out of the versions that I have, the 1988 West German release has all the parts of Industrial Revolution in one track and every version after that (1991 digitally remastered, 1994 Canadian, 1997 Sony) have the parts as individual tracks.
If I remember correctly, that art was actually used in the original 1988 Docklands programme (as opposed to the bootleg Docklands programme, which featured the Revolutions cover).
