Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

Currently, we are experiencing some DNS problems. We hope to fix this as soon as possible.

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Yesssssssssssssssssssssss, thankyou a thousand!! I was looking for E7 bass sound since months (but links were dead). Also I need it for comparing the sound to the ones I'm programming on other devices, because there is also some nuance that I couldn't get and doing that damned glissando/portamento i...

Tried the Supersonico. I noticed it has thre kind of waves for the osc: sine, sawtooth and square. Indeed the difference is notable... perhaps the synth has too few harmonics (just five) you can add... to get the RMI HS sounds. However not a bad VST: original. I found news also about this other one:...

The "noise/wind burst" like oxy2 and Equi4 is so simple to do. Play with ADSR until you find the "perfect white noise explosion". It is realy peanuts. Yep, thanks. Actually it was also a problem of the plugin I used. I got better noises now. PS. the timing between the string and...

Yeah, that's exactly what you get from using the square wave waveform as the base. Sinewaves come out way too smooth and you'd probably need 256+ harmonics to get the same result. Actually what I was meaning Beeloo. I know that phyiscally all sound is basically sine waves... :P but using square wav...

You have to use a synth patch, pulse waveform, PK's samples are only good for E4, as Beelooo also mentioned above. :LOL already tried that months ago... anything got near to the original as I got now with Per Kristian samples... well, perhaps didn't tried with pulse waveform, I'll give it a try. An...

Update: today I finally tried the Vintage Legends demo (you have to download the UVI workstation player and remember you need an iLok USB key). I was interested in trying just their Synthex emulation Well, I'm very disappointed... they put just a preset in it with no basic waveform... tried to modif...

I just tried the EMS Synthi AVS demo. For the sounds I have to say that's really interesting: playing here and there the controls on various presets I heard even "flares" of Star Wars R2D2 or Empire probes (yep infact the sound engineer made an heavy use of VCS/AKS to make those movies sou...
