Welcome to the new BlahBlahCafe!

We have migrated to a new server. As with every migration, some things might have been lost in translation (at least, that's my experience in software development). The main problem is logging in into the boards. These could be caused by several reasons:

- Your browser cache & cookies need to be cleared because we moved to a new server. If you get the error message whilst logging: "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.", you need to clear your cache & cookies. You can find a "Delete cookies" option at the bottom of this page.

- There is also a chance that your password is not correctly converted to the new system. This is a known bug with migrating the system. The only solution is to request a new password, there's a link on the form that will send an email to you to create a new password. If that fails, I can set a password for you, you can contact us at the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Hi Pete, Thanks for sharing your music. I'm slowly and surely listening through the tracks you shared, and I really like what you do! I understand your nervousness in sharing your music and getting criticism in the progress. In that respect you have nothing to be afraid of. I know myself it's hard t...

Event Horizon - Exodus (Part 1)

Mankind and it's search for new worlds, the neverending hunger for knowledge, new worlds past our horizon, the venture into the unknown, adventure, a leap of faith perhaps... here's the first part of the soundtrack to that exodus by Event Horizon (one of my side-projects): https://soundcloud.com/ehs...

Great concert, great sound! I was at the front-of-house where the sound usually is the best, and I must say that Alain did a more than amazing job on creating such a powerful yet transparent mix without 'overloading' your eardrums. They played Oxygene 17 twice because the first take was done with 36...

Nycthemeron 1/3 Continuous Mix

Dunno why, but I thought I'd post it here aswell.. Armandox - Nychthemeron 1/3 Continuous Mix I'm working on this again, so the 3rd part already had updates. I love making music like this, and I'm posting it here to have your honest opinion. I value your honest opinions, because critics are the only...

Do you suppose they use a similar lighting system and design especially during Brick England to Disclosure's set this summer ? eg during Latch they used 3 singing faces. :?: I don't know what particular fixtures Disclosure used, but I do know that PRG (the company that provides most of the commodot...

Together with my good friend Rick v.d. Eerden I've embarked on a new project which whe christened 'Event Horizon', working on an album called Exodus. Imagine a person, or a group of people, or even a species deciding to leave earth looking for settlement elsewhere. Using analog instruments like the ...

Wow, what a great post, I didn't know that you could do acoustic sounding music with a tracker. There is something very satisfying in those 4 track compositions. I have been a fan of this type of thing since I was a kid, playing Pinbal Fantasies...Check out the amazing soundtrack by Olof Gustafsson...

Guitar Slinger revisited

For this track I went back to my roots at the Commodore 64/Amiga from the times we used to make music with just 4 tracks on Protracker or Fasttracker. Any people here from the demoscene btw? Jogeir Liljedahl from Norway, way back in 1992 created such a beautiful, organic tune with some 31 samples on...

If..! (Armandox Rework)

Since Sony and JMJ organized this remix-contest I decided to give it a try and reworked it into more like an 'Oxygene'-version. I hope you enjoy it and share and like.
