Okay, so the first news article for the Moscow concerts:

Jean-Michel Jarre to give two concerts in Moscow

Jean-Michel Jarre’s concerts will take place on November 17, 21 in the Moscow Kremlin Palace. On November 19 the French musician will perform in the Glacial Palace (Saint-Petersburg). The inhabitants of these cities will enjoy the specially created for closed concert halls two-hour program “Oxygene”.
