Jewpop: How do you intend to use the extraordinary landscape of Massada? Can you tell us about the scenography of the concert?
JMJ: "Zero Gravity" is a reference to one of the tracks of the album Electronica, a piece made in collaboration with Tangerine Dream, and instead of the concert. It will take its full meaning here, in this place where gravity is the lowest in the world, but also where there is the most ... oxygene! This is really the place for me (laughs). A monumental and sophisticated scene, unique in its kind, was designed to create the illusion of a construction suspended in the air defying gravity. For this event, together with producer Alexandra Juran of Tel Aviv, I will also take advantage of the creativity of the Israeli start-ups I work with at the show, and of course take into account the site of Massada, which was also a technological revolution for its time, with an avant-garde construction! The public of the concert, which will really be part of the event, not only "spectator" in the strict sense of the term, will live a real adventure! The place has an incredible light, which makes me think of the film Interstellar by Christopher Nolan, and if I can finish the concert (note: during the interview, the end time is still negotiated) Sun, it will be absolutely magical!
