That was great! Top show. Just one man and a bunch of kit, one big screen and then the mini screens around the main keyboard set up. Perfect scale! I think that actually works better than the 3 x person set up and the moving 3-D screens used for the Electronica tour.

It's a DJ set I'm sorry to say. The backdrop a DJ backdrop.

It was Cringe the way JmJ tried to uplift the crowd with his hand gestures.
I thought JmJ left this behind.
JmJ you are a legend you should Not be a performing Seal.

Improvements for a one man show:
*Make the shape of the backdrop like lego where it can be fitted together to kind of match shape of the background architecture, landscape.
Extend the backdrop to make it more immersive.
*Make the backdrop semi transparent then it looks like graphical effects are part of architecture, landscape.
*Wear a suit that enables the graphical effects to be on the suit.
*Launch an Augmented Reality app.
Then if it is a small enough audience give them cardboard AR headset to fit their phone into
so that they get an AR expriecne of the one man show.
If its a larger audience provide instructions week/s before concert for the audience to make their own cardboard AR headset.

Even better simpler than a semi transparent legolike stage backdrop
is for JmJ to look into how graphical effects can easily be interwoven into the architecture
via digital lighting strips wound around pillars, placed around doors windows,
over brickwork covering much of the facade of the building.
This continues evolves cities in concert concept of projections onto buildings
in a much smaller scale for a one man show.

Wearing a suit that allows graphical effects on the suit.
Covering up keyboard front and keyboard stands in digital graphics strips :

Blends into one digital the whole thing : architecture JmJ keyboards.

Wow, JeromeTV just brought this to my attention: the TV broadcast is different from the Youtube one. So I just did a comparison of the TV broadcast and the Youtube broadcast. They are not slightly different, they are totally different! Every shot from start to end. The music is the same.

These are taken at the same moment of the concert.

If you play them together, you have a nice multicam video.

The Youtube version is focused on JMJ being in the middle of the screen. JeromeTV explained that the youtube version is probably used for TikTok and that's vertically focused.

I prefer the TV broadcast by a large margin.

Unfortunately it is poor from JmJ.
It's just a DJ set.

JmJ you are a legend. You are a person so many hold in high regard.
To pretend to play is way below you.
So many musicians know you are pretending, you become a joke.
Please have some dignity.
Please have some honesty in your performance.

It's Fanjarre, not JMJ's official youtube.

And yeah, I didn't expect anything else, it sounded exactly like Welcome to the Other Side and it was only half an hour and one person playing. It was pure for exposure and probably as a thank you for the Legion D'Honeur. At least the visuals were good.

Jean-Michel Jarre Receives France’s Top Honor

Jean-Michel Jarre shared of the event:

After so long apart, it was wonderful to spend a special evening with a real-life audience. We shared these good vibes with everyone around the world via the livestream, and I know we will all be together again soon. Thank you to all the artists who performed, it was a night I will never forget.
