The Incredibles 2
It's a bit of a nostalgia cash grab, and it has the same structure as the first movie, but I liked it regardless.

A Star Is Born

I accidentally went to the wrong theater.
Now I can say that I don't regret it.
Recommendable

Not really cinema, but Jerome, 1906 and me saw John Carpenter live this week. Now I want to see The Thing again.

First Man

Quiet movie picturing a pretty quiet astronaut. Scenes involving rocket engines on the other hand are brutal. Much of the same stuff that already exists in older documentaries. It doesn't look much like the original photos from 1969 but I think that First Man adds darker feelings and drama to the story. All the emotional hell that Mr and Mrs Armstrong went through to make the first human footprint on the moon's surface.

And btw tears are not running as quickly down your cheek when you're on the moon. :punch:

Digging through old posts... Found this one. Now I'm sad that I've only seen a handful of movies in cinema this year and I love cinema :( Last one I saw was in July, Picciridda. Beautiful but horrible movie. Before that I saw The Lighthouse, which was just before the lockdown, 15 March. That was a great one, recommend it to everyone.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Great movie. Strange to see Spielberg not doing it, but Mangold does it very well. I want to rewatch it now.

Absolutely! Poignant at times, some great adventuring, and solid action. Everybody in the movie plays fantastic, like you said: Ford is great, I think he's the most emotional I've seen him in a Jones film. Mads Mikkelsen is excellent as always, Phoebe Waller-Bridge is great. Yes, as an Indiana Jones fan I'm really happy with this one.
