Yeah, grey weather on a non-city is pretty bad. I have to say it gets better if you go to some busy city or something though ;)

It depends on the mind of the beholder. :P For me grey weather and rain doesn't mean sadness, but rather cosiness. It's tranquillity, actually. ;)
