SourceThe book was also due to touch on the star’s marriage to French composer Jean-Michel Jarre, and its collapse amid reports of affairs with a younger woman.
Source. In 1976, she met the musician Jean-Michel Jarre at a dinner party. It was love at first sight. 'All the breath went from my body,' she recalled. She left Southcombe the next day, and a few months later married Jarre.
That marriage ended in 1995, when Jarre began an affair with a younger woman. The frankness with which Charlotte dealt with that crisis in her life was both admirable and typical of the woman.
'Jean-Michel broke a trust in me and I could not rebuild it. It is not uncommon for a man to have an affair, or even for a woman to have an affair. But the way I found out! In the tabloids! It was demeaning. One day Jean-Michel left and he didn't come back. He didn't say he wasn't coming back - he just never reappeared,' she said.
Ok, so it can be both "smoulder" or "smolder". Hot stuff.Kanta wrote:http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/smolder

It's just that smoldering reminded me of smuldre. My mind works in mysterious ways.Elisabeth wrote:AnDrOiD wrote:Smuldre = crumble.Velodynamic wrote:But what on earth is "smuldre"? ...danish home-brew??
I don't know what is crumbling....but hopefully it is all your thoughts about the human beings look and age!!
We change the look as long as we live.....
Our skin for example are soft and delightful when we are children...not as much in our teens...because of hormones out of balance..and also what we may eat.
Already when we are 35+ the skin goes though a new development ... you can say after some years the skin get 2 number too large..
Has this anything about how young or old we are?
I will say NO!
The human life is so short....so of course even if we reach the age of more than 100 years....we are still young in the heart...and if we are healthy...also in the brain!!
Behave respectful to people in all ages...not for how we look..but for what we are...youthful beautiful people.....in all ages...
And we all fall in love as long as we live!!!
We all have the eternity in the heart!!
So let your old thoughts crumble...behave young as long as you live.....
