Some tried to analyze it a few years ago, without a final result. I don't think it's possible to figure it out. You'll have to ask JMJ himself, and perhaps he has forgotten it :smoke:
To me it just sounds like:
ding ding dong ding dong baby yo

I'll bet it the text wasn't meant to be logical. Just some impro stuff :wink:

It's most probably just phonemes or meaningless words as above. JMJ was probaby just using the vocoder almost as a vowel filter.
