160 of the English pounds...I was lucky as someone I know was clearing out their gear and the Micron was surplus to requirements; it came yesterday and was in lovely condition. Haven't had much time to play about yet as I'm moving house Saturday and the house is almost literally upside down, but I did get 10 minutes to have a test. Sounds really good so far. I really like the way of editing although I could see how a software editor would be very useful!
All in all from the short time I've had with it, I love it so far.

That's 180€, yeah, it's the price.
I could get one for 140€ one year ago, but I didn't, there were plenty of them around 140-160€ back then :)

Dude. Why do you buy a synth if you don't know how to use it? :robertdugenou:

You're really lucky getting an M3.

My latest purchase was the Novation Ultranova in June or July. Quite happy with it, using it with my other synth (Yamaha MM6) as a DAW (MIDI) controller in Cubase for controlling VST synths etc.
Now I'm dreaming of getting an analog vintage synth like a Jupiter-8 or something like that...

Hehe, unfortunately I can't stop. :P It's my dream synth since I discovered it the first time. I've seen an offer on eBay for 7000 $ (5000 €). Quite crazy... Guess I'll stay with Arturia's emulation so far. :)

I saw one for sale a while ago for €3200 - which is crazy but reasonable at the moment.

OK, it has a nice filter with a great smooth/silky sound and it's analog, but that's about it imo. I don't consider it that special. If you want a great analog polysynth, get a Synthex or an OBXpander, or perhaps an Andromeda. They are way more versatile than a Jup8, IMO..

The M3 has gone back to the shop. I had it on loan for a week. It's nice, don't get me wrong, but the fun of it was gone after 24 hours. I had it on loan to try before you buy. I have settled for a Access Virus Ti2 - Damn, I love it. Could only test the one on display in the shop. Mine is on order and shipping in from Germany.
