I rip the vinyl and the sound is pretty good.
But I don't get the same duration as mentionned : La Cage 3 min 01 (<3 min 25 sec) et Erosmachine 2 min 51 sec (<3 min).
Different from the Rarities Vol 1 (3 min 16 sec), different from Essential & Rarities (3 min 23 sec) or PlanetJarre (3 min 09 sec).

My turntable goes to fast?

I hope another owners of this vinyl tell me their results.

Yeah, could be the speed of the turntable, most likely

I like the attention to detail they've done to the new release:

Where "EMI" is replace by "ES"

and the back

vs

where Pathe Marconi is replaced by Publié par le Son Electronique :D

Great photos, thanks :-) From what I've seen, the labels aren't replicas of the originals ?

I just took the photos from discogs (the disc is coming my way at the moment). :-)
The labels are totally different:

Totally agree. This is the ES Signature... there is really an attention to detail and quality at all levels. The sound and the cover which is like the original as you said, with a few exceptions.
Beyond that, I was able to correct the speed of my turntable but not still enough (<46T/min).
For La Cage, I'm close to the duration of the Planet Jarre version.
But what is the right duration then? Because none having the same duration according to the versions mentioned above.

My copy of Electronic Sound has just arrived and I see that on p. 49 JMJ references the work of Iannis Xenakis as being an inspiration to him.

It's a great interview. The part where he tells about the silent stage play he saw in 1971 was an interesting read too.

For sure. It really is a great interview. Lots of fresh information. There have been so many interviews recently where it's the same details, the same stories and you learn nothing new. Almost like a press release rather than an interview. But this one is different.

I am a bit lenient with the silence.

Perfect !
I see we have the same indulgence with silence ;-)
And thank you again for sharing this unexpected special edition of Electronic Sound.
This is for me the best surprise of the year.
