I guess it's all internet-streaming. The interesting thing is that it's in full HD, but the programme is, as far as I know, recorded for TV in SD so they must have upscaled it. I don't think it was shot on film and they rescanned the film in HD.

Speaking of Gérard Lenorman, I tried running "La Belle Et La Bête" through vocalremover.org but his singing on that track's recording is so loud that you can't really get too great of an instrumental track out of it (even for the standards of the program).
