I see the Tokyo concert still gets a mention. Really strange how that got stuck in the historical record and never got fully corrected. Wasn't it the 'twin concert' for Destination Docklands but for some reason - what? - didn't happen? Hence Tokyo Kid and London Kid on the same album.
