Literally, he's saying that it's based on different albums, not on one album.

Okay, a short transcript of what I'm hearing in the blog video:
"...it's fairly different, first of all, from the Oxygene Tour. It... Actually, in terms of music, first of all, it's new arrangements of exising songs from different albums, so it's not focused on one album, but with some of... lot of different songs rearranged."
Is anyone hearing anything else??

Here's a full transcript slightly corrected for bad English
Jean Michel Jarre wrote:Hello, I'm glad to be back and to be back on the road. I'm in Hungary today starting my new World Tour and I'm actually 20 miles away from Debrecen, it's a town in Hungary and I'm looking forward meeting you again on the road at different gigs for a totally new project. I'm quite excited about this new project because it's fairly different first of all from the Oxygene Tour. Actually in terms of music it's a new arrangement of existing songs of different albums. So it's not focused on one album, but with lots of different songs rearranged with quite a revolutionary sound system. The sound system is invisible. You will see how invisible it is. And also the cinegraphy (?) is pretty different. It is based on a new lighting design and new laser design, a lot of lasers, but used in a total different way. I really tried to use my experience of the outdoor concerts for the indoor venue and to approach the indoor venue like it was a proper place, or proper architecture. So it's quite exciting and I'm looking forward to sharing all these experiences with you. One last word, I really would like to thank all of you who sent me kind messages about my father. Speak to you soon, see you soon on stage and on the blog and maybe somewhere else.

I'm not sure if these are all the songs of the evening, as we're missing at least Souvenir de Chine, Equinoxe, and a tribute to Maurice Jarre, but this is the tracklist from those clips:
Industrial Revolution 2
Magnetic Fields 1
Oxygene 2 (with theremin intro)
Rendez-Vous 3
Rendez-Vous 2
Magnetic Fields 2
Chronologie 6
Chronologie 2
Oxygene 4
Calypso 3

I've had confirmation from Fiona that there is no video on this tour, and it's JMJ's decision:
"Dear Glenn, Thank you for your anxious mail to which I confirm that in fact there is no video in this brand new concert production. The concert is very "visual".....and exactly the way JMJ conceived it to be. I would advise that you reserve any comments until you see the concert yourself - the fans lastnight really loved the show very much !
Thanks,
Fiona"
Since the HD projections were listed in the press release, I looked forward to them, especially since the projections in Gdansk were really amazing. It's not typical of Jarre to remove a huge technological aspect like this. When he hasnt had fireworks, it has felt a little "less Jarre" and this time it may be the same.
I can also mention that the local organizer in Norway received new technical specifications a few weeks ago, so there were indeed changes to the production, compared to the original concept.
However, I will assume that it's very different seeing the concert in person and will not judge until I have seen it myself.

I do hope more tracks were played (even though those are already pretty cool)

The first time since Houston that the three greatest tracks from Equinoxe (parts 4, 5 and 7)are played in ths same show. That's really fantastic

!!! Also just found out that Oxygene 12 is also played (as the final track) which I'm actually quite pleased about (even though I've said I don't really rate Oxy 7-13).
