That's a simple typing error. On U.K PC keyboards, the pound sign "£" is also on the number 3 button. The seller clearly didn't hit the "shift" button at the same time. So the correct reading would be £3

On french keyboards (azerty), the £ is near the Enter button (to its left) with "$" and "¤"
