There are two possibilities: either he has designed himself a nice picture, inspired by the upcoming album/single and uses it as his avatar, OR, it is the cover of the album/single. In both cases, he tries to attract negative attention and look smart by acting like "see what I got? you can't know what it is, cause I won't tell". And what would be the point of showing a self-made picture and acting mysterious about it? In either way, he makes a fool of himself.
