And if it's really an interesting item, they usually put up pictures, and if they don't, I usually know what the auction is for anyway, so...

Note that putting up the auction costs money and putting up photos costs extra, so I guess some people are just being scrooges

First photo is free on eBay.

The price is not too high for such a collector !!
And about eBay's photos, you are right, the first is free, but you can put imageshack links in case you want to post more photos and don't wanna pay
