Changing gears here slightly - I received the iPhone case today - it's one of those sturdy rubberised ones*. The Jarre Enterprise logo covers the wholle of the reverse side. Nice
* And boy, did it stink when I took it out of the postbag - in fact there's still abit of a whiff off it now ...

Cheap rubber
I did look at those cases for my iP4 but the image on Jarre's site is not the best, I would guess, as the case looks "rough" around the edges.

I saw many jarrefans speaking about unreleased tracks from Pre-Oxygene era, but this decade (2000-2010), Jarre did many thinks that never was never "officially" released.

Jarre said in COTM about Metamorphoses, this was planned to have 24 tracks but just 12 have been officially recorded. He may have used some 12DOTS in concert (like THE SUN) and there are still tracks called "Crazy Sunday "(it was used in a B&O TV advetsiment) and "Metamorphoses" sounds created with the human body, he play it on Printemps de Bourges concert (2002) rename "Body Language".

'THE VIZITORS' debut, and as yet untitled Album, is expected to be released in June 2001, around the time of the proposed Greek Concert.
Initially to be released in Japan, 'THE VIZITORS' debut Album will then be released in Europe in September 2001.
Jean Michel Jarre has indicated that the Album will have 10 Tracks, 7 Tracks of which were played at '2001 RENDEZVOUS IN SPACE' in Okinawa, Japan on January 1st 2001. Jean Michel Jarre is reworking these 7 Tracks for the Album, clearly stating that the 7 Tracks performed at '2001 RENDEZVOUS IN SPACE' were Live Versions and therefore not the final Album Versions.

During some chats with fans, Jarre told about projects with Jeff Mills (something about Metropolis the movie) and a theater, "DRACULA". But no more information was published about it.

I indeed would rather have those tracks then Pre-Oxygene, we already have the Rarities from many years ago... BTW what's the socalled B&O music track, I recently searched for it, but all I got was a commercial that featured music that was already released, nothing new
And I wouldn't mind if Jean-Michel Jarre and TK would stick some hot peppers in some place, I want that: Rendez-vous In Space released under The Visitorz name... God I love that concert

I wouldn't say that to fast, vinyl is (oddly enough) making quite a comeback... A Couple of stores have started reselling vinyl and the turntable is almost standard in every electronic store again... And
Music on Vinyl has never stopped making vinyl, and last couple of years have been pressing a hell of alot records again... Remasterd (well atleast some people can do a good job at that, not like those lousy CD remasters Polydor and Co have been releasing since 1997) and all on heavy vinyl
I wouldn't mind seeing Jarre also turning back to vinyl, his music seems fitting for it and I just love the smell, look, feel (texture) of brand new vinyl records X3

I have still not bought a vinyl player. So that means I would have to buy one just to hear it, if that is the only way it is released. It's gonna be an expensive year for me if I also have to buy a blu-ray player as well if any concerts are released also this way. Plus, just in case if I attend more concerts for JM. I might as well just work for my hobby and live in a cardboard box.

Remember the announced vinyl releases in the past, which were never released: Metamorphoses, DJ Vitalic's remixes of La Cage/Erosmachine...

Interesting list, Melo. There's also the MatchTV jingles, which he and Rimbert made for ... well.. Match TV. Then there's the Interior Music CD, which has a print of 1000 copies. On the sleeve it says these are excerpts from a forthcoming album.
My theory is: Rarities is pre-Oxygene stuff, Memories = post Oxygene unreleased stuff.
But then again, that's just speculation.

There's some good USB enabled turntables, you can play a record and record it on your computer via USB.

Why did people get rid of their turn tables, while not even 1% of all music ever made has been re-released on CD?
