The sad thruth is the chavs are breeding like wildfire. Fourteen yearold chavettes get handed child benefit, and housing. Nothing like an incentive to have a baby than a free roof over your head.
Without the risk of seeming too snobbish. (which I'm not), these state welching cap wearing car stealing scum will represent the main population of the UK in 20 years.
Then we WILL be a nation of hooligans, petty criminals and elizabeth duke wearing tasteless scum.
You can already see the signs of the UK degenerating into being twinned with Mos Iseley. I'm sure our English football fans with embarrass us again in Germany this summer too.
