Yes, i think politicians should do more and more something (laws for not to destroy every forrest, settle more areas with trees or something like this)

I have 20 km to my work and there's hardly no public transportations at all where I live and it's very easy to take the car. I'm trying to plan my manner so that I can do all my business "on my way", so that I don't have to drive twice. Electrical engine heater in cold days. I've chosen to drive a middle class car with a quite small block, 4cyl engine that has a decent exhaust conversion and I really want it to release as low CO2 levels as possible...but it can be hard sometimes if you're in a hurry.
I'm sorting out and recycling garbage as far as I can / have time / have the energy and are willing to do. Even at work we are trying to recycle the dump, even if some scientific calculations finds it even more polluting to fabricate all materials back to the manufacturing chain again. It's always down to the question -who can you trust? But that's -for now- how it works for me.
I've only lights turned on in the room where I am or no lights at all. No dripping water taps. No electrical equipments on stand by mode when I'm away from my home.
It makes me mad everytime I find a big pile of paper commersial in my mailbox every once in a week. While we have commerial on TV, in our computers, at cinemas, big signs everywhere...don't they care about the trees at all? The apartment is warmed up by burning pellets central heating...good or bad I don't know. When it comes to -30° you just want to survive.

So, my bottom line is that I really think that we can all change our human behaviours if we only wants to eventough the capitalism and our beloved passion of making profits and doing all the fancy stuff seems to be a tough one. It's much harder though to regulate what the earth nature might be doing to itself. Speices have come and been erased on this planet before.
All that we can gain is our short time here.

Yes, they are very nice photos. They look so realistic that I can feel the cold weather from here.

I love bears. They're so huggable. Just be careful... they don't mean to, but sometimes they squeeze people to death when giving a hug.

Yes me too, I also love bears. But these bears in the photos do not look the cuddly sort.

Maybe my opinion differs a little from the most ppl, but I actually think that Global Warming is the biggest fairytale humans told themselves....

Well this is REALLY serious, what do we do when all the chinese are getting cars? That is an enormous threat to the world, especially because such an evolution isn't slow when it comes to China, it just hasn't really started yet.
The environment is not what I focus the most on, but as it looks now something has to be done and it can't be done too quickly.

Well, that's where I think you are wrong. The earth will allways survive the humans. The only reason whe should protect the northpole of melting, is because of ourselves! Because WE need to survive. Not the earth!

The problem is there will be more cars, more pollution, more people, more interest for soil, energy. The one less : area of TRUE nature. What if people can't cut trees from rainforests anymore?? What will we do then?
Will we watch photos and documentaries about rainforests saying how beautiful that was ?!
Meantime the climate will change a lot, LOT. For sure.

Yes that is what I am trying to say. The pollution is destroying the earth recources that the human needs to survive. This is all about creating a future for the humankind as long as possible.
