I'm afraid, no, this is the 2000 released of the DVD for the USA, there are 2 versions of that one : the design of the DVD is different, according to Jarre.ch

On your Jarre.ch, it says this is the official one, it's not in the bootleg subpart

according to the picture Ralf posted, it's the Russian bootleg... it's the 34th or 35th DVD in the bootlegs section

But the number Ralf wrote is the one used in the first and second DVDs of the concerts/compilation DVD subpart
