1280x720p is technically already classified as an HD format - and HD does not necessarily always mean the full possible resolution. Are you sure the Merzouga concert was produced in the highest possible format? At least the 4:3 capture (which used the HD capture as its source) of that Marocco TV channel seems to indicate - just like divx-file - that is was produced with a frame rate of 25 progressively, not 50 frames interlaced or even progressive. so even in that respect not making use of what technically is possible.
