It sounds little bit like soundfont of Eminent strings thru VST phaser. There weren't VSt plugins and soundfonts in 1977 :P

It's definitely some 'wannabe' and... not only does it sound too clean, but.. even if it was remastered, it wouldn't probably come out as clean as that does... it's all definitely digital for sure...!

On top of all that, the samples were really badly arranged...

Either way though, some nice stuff there.... :D
