Now the important part: change the "gift shipping address" and enter any address in the United States. I just entered the address of the office of the most terrible consultancy company in the world. After that I was able to download watermarked mp3s.

To be clear - at the time of writing igiftcards.nl allows only to buy "amazon.fr" or "amazon.de" giftcards. Are those sufficient for the trick to work?

Nope, you need an amazon.com one. Looks like they're sold out at the moment.

I have telephoned the Vinyl Factory just now, and they said they are shipping the records as we speak, in the order that they were received.

They might not be able to post out all today, but they're on their way

( Would be nice if I got a copy like 3/1000 since I ordered my copies relatively soon after I noticed the initial Twitter notice, but I doubt it really made a difference
