GTA:SA is technically more advanced and has a lot of else to do... and nice atmosphere too, I like it the most, yet Vice City would be probably most interesting if it was as large etc.

And since I play SA on my PC I can listen to whatever I want instead of the damn rap musics

Yeah, Vice City had a very cool atmosphere... if it was only as large as SA....
