Part 3 of the Adam Curtis documentary "Russia 1985 -1999" contains an incidental clip of JMJ's music.
Between 27'17" to 27'34 they show a volcano museum in the Kamchatka Peninsula, 6,250 kms from Moscow. Chronologie Part 6 is playing in the background in the volcano museum. This episode is all about the events of 1991 so I assume this footage is from 1993+ and been used in the 'wrong' episode as it were.
Very obscure all around: This obscure guy reviewing obscure webcomics just happens to use a(n obscure?) background track that samples Oxygene pt. 2, which totally throws me off from the contents of the video itself

Not a direct sighting, but British comedian Stewart Lee's (of whom I'm a big fan of) record collection is quite interesting
