They were up there AND had a faked version of the moon landing as a backup plan
just in case they're going to meet some kind of civilization on the moon.

Well, no matter what, it would be nice to see new pics of what they left behind up there. I remember something about the Japanese being able to take pics from a satellite or probe, but wasn't that supposed to have taken place already? What happened to those pics? :nico:

Here it is: The Kaguay mission.

Well, if they can provide pics of the leftbehinds, then all the conspiracy theories can be put to rest. :P

Well, I tend not to put too much stock in "conspiracy" theories, generally...
Far as the lunar missions, my last word on that is: until there is compelling evidence to the contrary, I accept that they in fact landed on the moon; the burden of proof lies with the nay-sayers, IMHO.
And in the words of Forrest Gump, that's all I hafta say 'bout that... :)

Those are some spectacular photos from the KAGUYA, btw...those would make great wallpaper images. :fine:

I haven't seen any extra ordinary-couldn't-have-been-on-earth evidence that they were on the moon. I don't care what other people think about it. I have my opinion and there is nothing to discuss as you cannot force other people to believe something else, so let's return Ontopic!
