The mysteries are out there...
Great Series. Yeah, there is mounting evidence for a completely different history of humanity and the world, than what is taught. It just takes a while for everybody else to catch up.
One thing though, beyond the so called alien genesis that this doco talks about, the whole origin of humanity is way more complex and grand than even this documentary is capable of showing. But with the imminent season 3, they might get to tackle this as well.
Always fascinating listening to the many interpretations of 2001, knowing it inspired Oxygene.

Man you gotta love Youtube, one guy's opinion of Oxygene 2:
"Needs more helicopter effects, could do with a touch more synth xylophone,
easy on the panpipes. Nice use of that "swooshy boing" noise at the end.
What utter shite."

From the sounds of the comment, the person is from the wrong side of the Pennines, so I disregard their comment.

I think a lot of people around the world don't know what they are talking about in the slightest bit. Not just concerning Jarre or this track and the album, but everything.
But that's to be expected.
As I like to say, everyone is allowed to have an opinion but not all are worth of being heard.
Oh and lets not even start with the spelling and grammar on Youtube.

Right!
Yeah but he'll still be an unenlightened fool.
Though I have to tell you quite a bit of surfer/sporty type mucho guys and their kinds of chicks would think O2 as utter shite. They just can't get the fact that electronic music is not only for dancing and a lead in to more...
