Does anyone know if the official CD is a Pressed CD or CD-R. Is this even official or just a bootleg?

Well, the seller mentions the matrix number (JMJ010) which is an official number. Whether it's a genuine JMJ010 or a copy remains to be seen.

I understand that Phil but the matrix is not confirmed as official though--someone could have made it up and it doesn't follow the same matrix as the other promos of Oxy 10. I mean I haven't seen it listed anywhere at all except Clubmix's site. I know the person who won it (a friend in the UK) and they claimed it was a CD-R (with CD-R also printed on inner ring) so that's why I'm asking. Every other promo CD from Oxygene 7-13 was a pressed CD.

Yeah, back in the days that promos were promos and not some crappy cd recordable anyone can make.

Yeah, the days of collecting are sort of dying. Everything is digital download for the most part or as you said cheap CD-Rs & DVD-Rs. Unless there is a nice cover I don't want it--example those cheap looking EMI Oxygene Promos with EMI on the cover. I'm happy I was able to get a Promo with the Oxygene IV and Earth on the cover. Maybe all the collectible Jarre stuff on eBay will become more and more scarce and raise the values again...

Nobody has it?

I guess so.... but doesn't the French version (the one on blue vinyl) have it too? Besides: there's this version on one of the "Rarities" CDs as well

Yes, but the blue one is very often in bad shape and I've realized that most of the Rarities/etc. tracks that have been taken from 12"'s and so are of somewhat lousy recordings so I'd rather want to have them myself :P

Even though the tracklisting is the same, the content might not be. So I really hope someone in here has it and can confirm it for me ;)

I've got a UK 12"promo of Equinoxe 4 but i'm not sure if this is the same one as I can't make out a matrix number.

Well, does it have the full inedited version of E4?

"Blue Vamp" LP:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0205103354

Although I strongly believe that this LP has nothing to do with Jarre (unless the track "Jolly Dolly" is on the LP), but to get confirmation whether (or not) jarre is involved with this record, the seller sent me the following message:

"THE NAME OF JM JARRE DON'T APPEAR...HOWEVER THERE IS A NAME OF GABRIEL IBOS(WHICH SEEMS TO BE JM JARRE UNDER A PSEUDONYM). I KNOW THIS NEWS SINCE MORE THAN 15 YEARS,BUT MAYBE I'M WRONG?? JUST CHECK ON THE WEB OR WITH JM JARRE AFFICIONADOS"

Does anyone either have this record and / or can tell me something about that "Gabriel Ibos"?

I am trying to get a tracklist from the seller and keep you updated
