'mymediawelt_de' has some NOS vinyl for sale like Zoolook, Waiting for Cousteau, Houston/Lyon. All new/sealed and for a fair price.

According to the sleeve, this record has "Revolution, Revolutions". I never knew this was ever released on vinyl.

interesting. That means it's a 1990+ release.

Where can you see the tracklisting? None listed on the eBay auction page, other Google results say that there's only "Revolutions" on it and this one even has a picture claiming otherwise.

Chronologie LP Brazil: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JEAN-MICHEL-J ... 21028ece32

(Would probably bid on it, but VG++ and Brazil? Eh.)

Man, I don't care much for this album either but I don't think it usually goes for 50 quid, and it's not the B&W-covered bootleg either.

Les Granges Brulees LP: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/French-1st-pr ... 33a8600e76

I wonder what the catch is...
Record : EXC (barely played, slightly warped)
Ah, there we go.

I'm rather intrigued by this one, since I don't think this release has been noted on Discogs or anywhere else until now.

It can also be found from Amazon.co.jp with a high res photo of the back cover, which does have "Revolution, Revolutions" sticking out somewhat sketchily, and only 1988 copyright years are shown. Then again, the credits for Revolution, Revolutions appear to be accurate.

Additional Google searching (with more ebay auctions, like this one http://www.ebay.de/itm/JARRE-JEAN-MICHE ... 1443684903 ) also seem to indicate that the vinyl label is called Rondomedia, which doesn't exist on Discogs and most Google results come up with a gaming complany.

Interestingly, the "new and sealed Zoolook LP" with the same Jan 1st 1999 release date is attributed a label named "Arena Verlag", which appears to be one for childrens' books...

Received my copy, I'm betting it's a rather well-made bootleg. Nothing on the covers or labels indicates that it's a post-1988 release. I removed the shrink-wrap and there are fingerprints all over side B.

I opened mine too. Finger printers are from people working at the assembly line. Mine was dirty too. I had to clean it, like I have to do with all new records. If it isn't grease from the press, it's finger prints or dust.

And I can't imagine it's a bootleg. Who would invest in producing a vinyl bootleg in the age of CDs, from a record that's not rare at all and not really popular?

Someone really sneaky. ;)

In any case, I just find it odd that this edition has never surfaced before. To my knowledge anyway.

La Cage 7'' http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JEAN-MICHEL-J ... 3ab2d7be69

Mint condition? Is that even possible for the original item? Also, I'm not sure if they re-released that single in 2011 with the E&R stuff, but eh.

There has been a stack of original La Cage singles found in the vaults of EMI Pathe Marconi. Record dealers all over the world could buy stuff from these archives (not only JMJ's La Cage). Tomselecta has sold several copies over the years.
