PLUS Pedal has traveled all the way to France, to @jeanmicheljarre studio in Paris. Originally guitarist, he is a pioneer in the electronic music who now has a new toy. :)
Big thanks to @ericasynths

Plus Pedal is the world's first real sustain pedal for guitar and other melodic instruments.

Some more from the same website here :

CiC - Electronic & Music Maker

Zoolook - Electronic & Music Maker

Docklands Rendezvous - Music Technology
Reading these interviews just reaffirms things I said :
JmJ was done with Oxygene Equinoxe style albums was searching for new ways to express his creativity.
New Technology opened doors for JmJs imagination to take flight .

Whilst at the same time there were errors of judgement :

Magnetic Fields should have been 45mins of Avant Garde middle of Magnetic Fields 1.
This would raised JmJs kudos to stratosphere.
(As well as being tongue in cheek as there is nothing catchy about MF1 middle).

Whereas rest of MF album reserved for China Concerts (particularly MF5 joke).
Such a treat it would been ..... Like Woooo how MANY new pieces.

:::::

JmJ made similar error of judgement on Waiting For Cousteau .
47 min WFC should been only track on the album.
Would been recognised as one of The Finest ambient albums.

Calypso 1 consigned to scrapheap (as should been Images album).
Calypso 2 and 3 should been on Chronologie alongside Globe Trotter, Eldorado.
Keeping Chronologie 1,3,7.
Thereafter scrapheaping cringeworthy Chronologie 2,4,5,6,8.

What an album would been :
Chronologie 1, Calypso 2, Globe Trotter, Chronologie 3, Eldorado, Chronologie 7,
Calypso 3 Fin De Siecle such a fitting end to album matching epic Chronologie 1.

:::::

(Chronologie as a whole album is So Behind Electronic Music in 1990s from :
The Orb, Future Sound of London, Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Enigma, Biosphere.
Altered Chronologie track list better at keeping up particulary where transitions between tracks were experimental noodlings).
