It says "no cd-r", but it is a differant cover to that released officialy on cd.

most likely yes, a bootleg. Plus: see where the seller comes from? I've taken the time to browse through this seller's feedbacks and some of the negative ones tell their story: "no original CDs", although the seller always tells "license copies"
