So, I'm guessing Bankside, southbank of Thames... but there are no Swans there so that I can recall (only in the gardens), so you got me confused... but don't think less of my "smart" brain(less), please.

The banner on the left says Kandinsky A Path To Abstraction.
If one Googles this
Google search : Kandinsky a Path to Abstraction
One gets an exhibition in Tate Modern ... London.
(p.s. having visited the Tate Modern in 2000, this is the view from its front garden).
