I think he also did the Marcorporation Club Remix of Oxygene 7 that was released on the Dutch single.

Yes, he was there too. He was a friend of Marco and visited him several times in hospital the past few years.

No, it was for Oxygene 10. Oxygene 10 samples were posted online around the time the O10 single came out (I believe it was on JMJs official website) and the three winners were released on the Oxygene 7 CD singles.

Sorry, of course you're right. It was the Oxygene 10 Mix released on the Oxygene 7 single.
