those CDs with a "frame" around the original artwork (like this one) are always bootlegs. They also sell them in so called six packs (six album CDs), all bootlegged

I thought that was the super Limited Edition Promo Jarre Compilation they released to coincide with the first Russian heart transplant where they replaced it with a monkey's heart...
They gave a free copy away with every transplant. Nico told me he got one...
