Yes it is. Probably until a shorter version is uploaded, as with Variation Part III in the Player. :P

I'm glad Jarre took my suggestion.

Deluxe edition seems to be the one to get, but does anyone know if the 3-D viewing is optional (e.g., can it be viewed either 2-D or 3-D)? :nico:

This is one my Oxygene covers, and I think this is the original, actually:

SO the new one is just a computerized copy. It looks like it's a still frame from the animation, rather than a seperate, drawn and detailed picture. Which is what makes the origianal painting so good.

I don't like the new earth/skull, it reminds me too much of all other re-make and re-issues of the past 10 years or so (from movies to music), all polished, perfect looking, yet lacking any soul or humanity. And that's just the imaging, don't get me started on the product itself, hopefully Oxygene doesn't go down this route, as it briefly did with the Aero album/concept.

Thanks ralf, just saw the Pidgeon video for the first time now, that just genious!
Made me laugh! Woohooo, Viva la Oxygene!
I love how the last pidgeons just sorta walk away backward, and then the "no pidgeons were harmed" comes in! :peacemaan:

I'm really surprised that he can recreate most of those sounds so many years later, esp. on analogs, especially that darned bass drone.

@ Analog-Umph:

Nope, the original Oxygene cover is the one I posted, the light blue one.

Hmm, nah, I correct myself. Even the original covers seems to vary in colour tone. But it's the light blue one I know from back then.

I don't expect that to be significantly different though...
