Ebay doesn't seemt to do anything about this. Call me a jerk, but I have now reported him again.... We'll see what this brings.

It may not have been the bootleg listing that got it pulled. eBay have told me that unless it states that it is a bootleg in the listing they won't pull the advert. More likely it's their policy on Promotional items.
Ebay wrote:eBay policy does not specifically prohibit the listing of promotional items, but you should be aware that many rights owners take the position that the listing of such items is a copyright infringement. Listing such items could therefore result in the ending of your listing if a member of our Verified Rights Owner Programme (VeRO) reports the items as infringing their rights.

well, it is obvious that edukraft was selling bootlegs. I am fully aware that eBay cannot trace all offers and items by themselves, so they have to rely on others. And I can understand that they don't end every auction just because just someone tells them "hey, this dudette is selling boots!"...

The only thing that surprises me is that this now happened within only about 24 hours. A thing I would have never expected to happen so fast.....

At the Ebay office, there work enough ppl who are reading complains about sellers the whole day, and then they judge if the seller will be blocked or not. That can go very fast indeed.

Sounds like you have experience with them?

I have - and they are not available in such large amounts as you think, and they take their time. Customer support is not just reading complaints...
