Possibly it is
François Wertheimer who wrote the music for
"La Psychosomnie, Methode Contre l'Insomnie".
His worked with Webb since 1968:
Festival de la magie. Olympia. Musique, et travail des techniques d'illusion.
But ofcourse it could be Jarre, there are no credits on the backcover of the LP, so someone who owns it would have to look on the record itself.
Interestingly, this F. Wertheimer was also an old schoolbuddy from Jarre

!!
C'est avec Jean-Michel Jarre, camarade du lycée Michelet de Vanves, que François Wertheimer commence la musique professionnellement.
He could have been in the bands Mystere IV or The Dustbins?
But I also noticed something strange, at
this website, I read in Jarre's bio:
"Jean-Michel Jarre has all the talents: author, composer but also director for Christophe's show in Olympia in 1975 in which we can see flying a piano."
But Dominique Webb
also claims this, that it was
his invention

!?!
"Dominique Webb présente des numéros de son invention tel : le " Piano Volant " qu'il créa à l'Olympia pour le chanteur Christophe."
