1. That may be an error on my part, I have trouble translating the original French here:
"Il ne sont pas ré-encodés depuis des SACD du commerce"
It perhaps means that they are not direct SACD sourced masters - or something

OK - I just got an email from qboz. You download a program from them, and it will automatically download to the players on your PC. I presume then it will play on the lossless format you choose for each player.
