Also: Rolling Stones in Kuhrhaus, Scheveningen back in the 60s. I believe it was 10 minutes before the place was wrecked

But then again... you're hopelessly in love with the man!Kanta wrote:I don't think I have ever heard a concert that lasted for 20 minutes. If JMJ played a concert closer to where I live, I would go even if it lasted 10 minutes.
So woman likes long things.Kanta wrote:I can’t believe that woman said, “Is that it?†It’s not the length of a concert that matters but the music itself.

This is one of the problems that Jarre will face from those who attend the concerts who are not familiar with Jarre's fresh approach. You automatically think of those lavish concerts he has done in the past, so anything as personal and up close like the 08 Oxy Tours could end up being a disopointment if you are not fully aware of what to expect. I think it's important for any musician like Jarre to do concerts on this small scale. It puts him closer to his fans. He still maintains though that he will do another large scale concert, when ever that will be.b.blues wrote:A few people from my work who only have a passing interest in JMJ went to the gig and were dissapointed coz there "Weren't any lasers like at Destination Docklands".
