Samples sounded great, especially Chrono1 and MF1 8) If the concerts will be near to Finland, I might got a chance to see Jarre live for the first time. I`m very excited!

For those sceptical amongst you, I really don't feel you have anything to worry about.
I don't know how many of you will remember, but in the late 80's (here in the UK at least) there was a series of albums entitled "Classic Rock", which featured Orchestral versions of huge pop and rock hits. I believed it was actuallt the LPO or LSO, I'm not really sure which.
The point I'm making is that these albums, were some of the most addictive listening I can remember. The pure accoustic power of a symphony orchestra really does embelish songs in a very primal and soulful way, that in itself can give an emotional hook to a song that never previously existed. But I don't need to tell you all this because you already know...If you just think about the 1986 Rendez-vous concerts, and the pure emotion that was added to RV2 by the Orchestra and Choir!
On the "Classic Rock" album I borrowed from the library, I recall being totally hooked on a verion of "Two Tribes" by FGTH, that completely blew my mind. There was also an interperatation of "I wanna know what love is" by Foriegner, which...despite me not really liking the original that much, almost moved me to tears when I heard it. lol I only wish I had actually bought the albums, and not relied on a cassette recording...which inevitably got chewed up...remember those days guys? lol

So I will hazard a guess, that of all the cheesy assed and appauling cover version of our lords work you listen to...(thinking purely Starink here.lol)...This album will most likely become a fave, and i really hope this proposed tour comes to the UK.

hehe, I've been listening to Rossz Csillag Alatt Szuletett by Venetian Snares. It's an album of classical music mixed with IDM, Breakcore and Drill & Bass. It's so addictive, but really an essential buy for anyone who's looking for something new.

I love some orchestrial works and classical music so I am not worried at all, since Jarres music stand alone good on their feets they will not disapoint me in an orchestral feeling!
