Warner France rumour is not true!!!

Posted by Dunkie on the Space of Freedom Forum

Hello Fans,

Today, I contacted Aero Productions, with regards to the rumour that Jean Michel Jarre and Warner Music France had parted company due to a breach of contract concerning Jean Michel Jarre's 'SUBLIME MIX' CD for Jaguar France.

Aero Productions have asked me to inform you all that the rumour is totally untrue, Jean Michel Jarre and Warner Music France are still contracted together, and Jean Michel Jarre's NEW forthcoming Album, as Jean Michel Jarre stated in his recent Video Message, will be released by Warner Music France.

With regards to Jaguar France being instructed to destroy all remaining copies of Jean Michel Jarre's 'SUBLIME MIX' CDs by Warner Music France due to contractual reasons, this is also untrue.

1000 Copies of Jean Michel Jarre's 'SUBLIME MIX' were given to Jaguar France for promotional reasons, which was totally authorised by Warner Music France. Therefore, any rumours of any breach of contract with regards to the 'SUBLIME MIX' CD, are totally unfounded.

I would like to thank Antoine Charpentier of Aero Productions, on behalf of all Jean Michel Jarre Fans, for his assistance with this issue.

I hope this clears things up for you all...

Jarre will be doing a special Christmas concert on 24 December. The concert will cover a range of Christmas carols (Silent Night, O Little Town of Bethlehem, The Holly and the Ivy, etc). The tracks will be mixed with Jarre’s previous released music!!!

:? Do I wanna hear that? Bells played 5 times in the whole concert, Santa featuring on "Light my sky" (and maybe at a cover of Mury). The penguins at Oxygene replaced for reindeers... (or reindeer, no reindeer, revolution). Jarres entrance would be in a sledge with built in synth. Another time playing Bells, Equinoxe with "Jingle bells"-lyrics.... Oh my god!

Glad to see everything was untrue...but, on the other side, I'm sad to see I can't reply to the topic in JarreForum.com anymore, since it was closed before I could add this:
http://www.jarre.it/portal/content/view/78/47/ (there's the translation below..)

Closing topics to have the last word is a very bad way to communicate however.. :?

Thanks for your attention, my friends...I posted here because I think it isn't worse to open a new thread on JarreForum or wherever.
