Brussels update: Anybody who doesn't have tickets, doesn't need tickets. Just seen Neil Young for free from beyond the perimeter fence. Strict security around the edges but plenty free vantage points from the street.
Would love to have just turned up for this.

Bruxelles-Zuid train station aka Brussels MIDI is right there strolling to Warandepark.
From London St Pancras £360 return. Just 2 hour train each way + boarding times.

Music shop, Bruxelles. See the posters along the wall. This is the only JMJ poster I have spotted around the city.

This reminded me a funny thing about Brussels, when I was there I stumbled upon a street that had a lot of music-related establishments (music stores with musical instruments, music school, record shops). The street is incidentally called... "Rue du MIDI"

obviously "midi" as in "south"

Love the Rue du Midi coincidence 😍

This Azzuro shop was incredible. They had a guitar attached to the ceiling over the front door and a plectrum attached to the door, so when a customer walked in, the door strummed the guitar. Very cool!

For clothing enthusiasts, that shirt is an old Agnes B shirt. He does love that brand as well 😉 I don't know about the sneakers, they seemed slightly different from the Pierre Hardy ones 🧐🧐 obviously the cargo pants and baseball hat it from Stone Island :D
