Yeah, that's the one. Paris Bourges is my favorite track of them all, Body Language is a close second and the rest... well, they are multiple minutes in length*.

* = Not explicitly bad and actually quite nice compared to a lot of other 2000s JMJ work, but still not my cup of tea.

Yeah. I’m contributing to a Jean Michel-Jarré album. He has several other people doing music, so I have a little thing to do remotely. I’m doing it on Logic Pro, starting this weekend.

Jean Michel Jarre is working on a new, surprising album.

Do współpracy nad krążkiem zaangażował Trenta Reznora oraz reżyserów-muzyków Davida Lyncha oraz Johna Carpentera. Jak przekonuje ostatni z wymienionych artystów, materiał jest elektroniczny i bardzo klimatyczny, w typie ścieżki dźwiękowej.

Nieoficjalnie mówi się także, iż w nagraniach udział biorą Gary Numan i Vince Clarke.

Szczegóły projektu nie są znane, ale wydawnictwa należy spodziewać się w tym roku.

Dyskografię Jarre'a zamyka "Oxyg?ne: New Master Recording" z 2007 roku.

Reznor z Atticusem Rossem pracują właśnie nad soundtrackiem do nowego thrillera Davida Finchera, "Zaginiona dziewczyna". Ostatnia płyta Reznora nagrana z Nine Inch Nails, "Hesitation Marks", miała premierę we wrześniu 2013 roku.

What does the future hold for you?

More touring initially. I start a new album in May, I have just written film score, with Ade Fenton, for an animated film called From Inside that we will finish off in April as soon as the US tour is over. I hope to finish my first novel some time next year. I also have a collaboration song to finish with Jean Michel Jarre and another autobiography to pick up from where the first edition stopped back in ’97. A lot has happened since then. Then we have more touring throughout the rest of this year.

Any new music collaborations you are working on? Can you share?

I’ve just finished a film score, along with my producer, Ade Fenton, who I co-wrote the score with, for an animated film called From Inside. I’m not sure when that will come out exactly, but it will have a soundtrack album as well. Writing for film and TV is something I’m very keen to get into more, so it’s a very important first step for me. I also have a song I’m working on with Jean Michel Jarre for an album he is putting together. As soon as the US tour is over, though, I start on the follow-up album to Splinter which I would like to have ready by spring of 2015.
