3/4 of the arena was full.... but on Rendez Vous 4 most of the Arena was empty because lot of people stand up and went in front of the scene for the second part of the show

Many thanks for this Amneville teaser. May I ask you if you managed to record the whole show and if you'll a upload it somewhere? If so, that would be great, as the quality is outstanding ! Thanks in advance
Please be patient....I had huge problems with smuggling in gear, because of last minute change of plans when I saw the security people searching coats, pockets, bodies and bags... I already had everything setup in my pockets and I had to disconnect everything (out of security's sight) and store everything in a nice, but not so easy, place. I've never seen strict security like that for years.
I almost pissed in my pants when I felt some cables moving under my shirt when the security guy was searching me.

Anyway, I passed the gates. *phew*
Next stop: toilets; to connect everything again....and I already saw something was damaged.

Some tracks are recorded perfectly (chrono 2 is one of them), while others suffer from heavy clicks and pops because of short circuited electronics. Something was damaged. I think it was because of the rain and the fact that I had to put a batterypack in a very tight place on (not in!!) my body...

I am trying to fix the recording. When it's finished I'll upload to the database. When I do not succeed improving the sound by removing all crap, I'll upload the original one. It's at least something :- So, please be patient..

Anyway, half- or 3/4 arena...?
1st: An estimated 75%/80% of the seats were sold, I think.

2nd: (see above in reivilo54's comment). It was quite a party in front of the stage :)

The rain was not in the hall right? :P
Fortunately, yes, but still a problem (read above).

Hey, 75-80 % is not that bad...and now I see the reason of why more seats got empty during RV4. :P

Not at all !!

The Galaxie Mega Hall can have an audience up to 12 000 people, on saturday, it was more or less 3000 !
I saw last week in a Fnac store in Metz that tickets were sold with a discount up to 40% which can only means one thing : unfortunately, this concert was far from being sold out !

More or less something like that, yes !

There are some photos on the free luxemburgish newspaper "L'essentiel", they say 2500 persons for Amneville, I was near the truth... unfortunately. :?

But maybe the management counted on 6500 visitors

06/11/10 - Amneville, France - Galaxie
Venue Capacity: 6,500 - Time: 20:00 - Tickets: € 67.50 / 84 ( 51 - SOLD OUT )
Tickets On Sale Now - www.gdp.fr, www.ticketnet.fr

Still a bad figure the 2500 is...

2500 persons in Amnéville ?

I think there was more than 2500 people. OK some seats were empty but 2500 that seems to me little and false…

What do you like more ?

A lazy audience in a crowded house
or
a good audience with fewer people ?

Right ! 6500 must be the maximum capacity with the "seated" configuration.

This seems to be the fully seated configuration:

As you can see, a lot of blocks of seats were missing last saturday :)

I think I would go for the second choice. Few fans can make loud noises to sound like a million. :robertdugenou:
