I rather have him be kicked out of the music industry alltogether...

There is a "new" track by Jean Michel Jarre on Youtube until the 30. August 2014.
I met Jean Michel today in Berlin at the IFA. I asked him, maybe he has published a song before the Album will be out. But it sounds a little "unready". I show him this track on my Iphone and he was astonished. He said to me, it´s not his song. He like the song very much too, but for him it was a violation about his brand.
I found it a bit sad that it is not his song.

This is very strange ... many people identified this music as a studio version of concert in Okinawa, The ViZitors (2001). Strange that Jarre has not identified it.

Other studio versions of the same user:
The Voyage:
Akropolis:
Magnetic Fields 2 (La Defense)
Millennium Coutdown:

1) Not sure if it's a "studio" version, I think you can hear some of the audience sound at the very end.
2) It would still be nice to have that Vizitors studio album.
3) Maybe he doesn't remember that track because the concert was one of the worst playback-fests in his career. Or maybe it's because he considers it to be more of Tetsuya TK Komoro's work than his own.
4) Is it me or are those ostensible new album track names really Teo & Tea 2.0 like?

Except for the intro it kind of reminds of how Francis Rimbert use to compose music.

Still extremely saddend that that concert never got released physically. It's a really good concert and some sweet tunes which never got released like that in the end. There's the more calm rendition of 'Childeren of Space' on GoL and another one released as a single 'Je te flashe, je te love' I believe it was. What an awful single that was by the way...
Edit: Also god-damn Akropolis without the audience is amazing!
Edit 2: Is it me, or is the amounts of Vangelis vibe in Akropolis damn high? I swear if I didn't know better I would've said he composed and arranged it!
Also the 'Studio Version' of Overture is either cleaned up somewhat (or compressed) or it really is the studio version. The actual broadcast recording has quite a bit of crackling, almost as if it was recorded from a brand new and well cleaned vinyl record. This one has non of those problems. It doesn't suffer from much other than being uploaded onto YouTube.

In late of September there was another annual convention Jarrefans from Spain.
A video of congratulations from Jarre was displayed at the convention, and he promised "many surprises" for the month of October ...
My bet is that reveals Jarre's new album in the next Amsterdam Dance Party (16 Octuber)....
